Technology & sustainability
Better materials,
lighter footprint
Our PVDF fluorocarbon-alloy film and water-based production reduce carbon and avoid harmful substances — without compromising performance.
Technology
The science of a lasting surface
PVDF fluorocarbon-alloy film is the core of our wall surfaces. Its F–C bonds have a bond energy up to 485 kJ/mol, which slows ageing and keeps surfaces clear, clean and colour-true.
- Transparent, wear- and weather-resistant top layer
- Persistent antibacterial layer
- Water-based ink print layer — no VOCs
- Reinforced olefin structural base

Comparison
Water-based vs solvent inks
A cleaner print process lowers emissions and improves safety.
| Item | Solvent ink | CGHOYA water-based ink |
|---|---|---|
| VOC emissions | High | Measured < 1% |
| Medium | Organic solvent | Water |
| Flammability | Flammable | Non-flammable |
| Odour | Strong | Low |
| Toxicity | Toxic | Non-toxic |
